The application of his training and management skills and action-oriented approach help clients move confidently forward. Utilizing his sales experience and abilities, he helps clients achieve buy-in of their plans, assuring successful implementation within their organization and with customers. Kevan is an SME and advisor in the areas of associate selection, team building, training and management.
Kevan is a psychologist, holdings multiple licenses (Licensed Educational Psychologist, Certified School Psychologist) and serves on the board of the New England Society for Applied Psychology. He focuses on the application of sound psychological principles to his practice in coaching, change management, and strategic planning in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of both organizations and their people.
He is member of the Board of Directors (www.nesap.org) and is the Chair for Marketing. For three decades, NESAP has the premier organization for providing post doctoral psychological education in New England. NESAP is certified by the American Psychological Association to issue credits for continuing education. He is an adjunct faculty member at Wentworth Institute of Technology where he teaches Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He also held a similar position from 1982-1984 at Bradford College.
Kevan was awarded his Master of Science in Educational (Behavioral Disorders) from Lesley College Graduate School. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Union College.
